The
pressroom operates across 24 hours a day utilising heatset and cold
set web machinery. We have two twin unit web presses capable
of printing on paper from 30gsm to 150gsm. A third press has four
units and enables us to offer 2 colour printed products at highly competitive
prices. Printing
on thin paper remains a recognised skill in the industry which few
of our competitors can match, this is
increasingly being used across all of our product range including reference
books, directories, dictionaries, catalogues and religious publications.

Our new Royal Timson press produces monochrome books in either 64 or
96 page sections. It is of the latest technology and is built with
reduced
make
ready times and optimum material usage in mind. This exciting addition
to our family of presses enhances our ability to provide products and
services to our book publishing customers.
